Oakwoods Country Club Bylaws
The current OCC
Board, serving through September 30, 2011, has many
goals and an ambitious agenda. Foremost among these
goals is returning OCC to financial health and
continuing the previous Board's commitment to better communications between
the Board and the membership. Operational transparency will be
important to this Board and will characterize its activities. All meetings of the
Board are open to the membership, and members are
encouraged to attend as many Board meetings as possible.
Meetings are typically held on the third Monday of each
month at 6:00 pm in the Club's dining room.
